Beach Club Cruise by Bali Hai

Tadaaa! Come back with another post ( in a day ) such as a real blogger, hahaha!

So this time, let me show you the fun and memorable activity we've ( read : my office mate ) done last April ( One month before I submit my resignation :p ).

Yes, April ( #BadBlogger ) on 14st, We went to Lembongan Island for free by Bali Hai . We was able to join for the program called Beach Club Cruise , FOR FREE! Did you see I'm wrote, FREE??? Yes, that's totally free for us. Just because we had support them by sending our guest there, we got complimentary plus product knowledge plus product trial for their program, DOUBLE YEAY!

Can you imagine, beach, gold sand, blue sky, clear sea, sunshine all of that things ARE my FAVORITE since I live in BALI. Can you imagine how i felt? #SPEECHLESS

That day, we went to Benoa Harbor by our own motorbike. Me with Rahma, Ibu Artati ( the madam of accounting ) by herself and Mas Pam ( the operation man ) by himself. Don't ask why we went by motorbike, since the program was FREE and if we have to pay, it's around Rp. 625.000/person. Praise The Lord, we got it FREE ( I'd love to repeat that word :'p ). Then until the boarding time ( its 09.00 am if I'm not mistake ) we will cruising with vessel. Okay, no more bla blah, I'll explain by photos below..

It's around 30-45 minutes cruising and it feels sooo bad. #MabukLaut
Therefore I sit there, facing the wind so i didn't get puke :)) 

Arrive in pontoon ( kind a deck in the middle of the sea ) this is the place were another program ( Read : Reef Cruise )  supposed to be.

 

For Beach Club Cruise, our place is at beach. But we could do another activities such as snorkeling, village tour, banana boat, semi submersible coral viewer, etc. Therefore, we have to move to smaller boat to go to the beach.

This is our lunch menu. Actually its buffet bbq, but forgive me, i'm not taking the pict of the restaurant >.<
The food was soooo good, satisfying! *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

After doing all the activities ( mostly in the sea or beach, which I can't take the pictures due to I have no anti-air cameras ) We went to the pontoon again to prepare to go back.

Due to the semi submersible coral ( ship ) still docking, we just can see the cute fishes there.
The name is semi submarine dock *or whatever the name is

Yeay, it feels so good that I could try those program. That's one of the advantages you get when you're work at the travel agent for sure :p 

You know, I cannot swim at all, I even too afraid to swim. But there, I got private lesson from the life guard there, then he teach me how to breath in the deep sea ( or even snorkeling ), and now I'm more brave for it *call me nekat then. And really nice to see what's inside the sea for real ( for the first time in my life ) and it makes me want to go to Gili Trawangan again and practice the life guard teach me. Kyaaa! 

Well I', off now. Gotta go!

A Family Day @Kat's Kitchen

Hi fellas! How are you? It's been a long time since i post my last post, huh? 

Please forgive me, I have a lot of  things to do beside of my lazy-mood :p 

Well, I still want to update you about what happened a month ago. Yes, A MONTH AGO ( again, please forgive me ). That day, I went with my family for super late lunch, yeah that's around 4pm. We went to Kat's Kitchen ( sorry I can't found their website ). Actually we went there because one of my family decided to moved to Jakarta ( She's already did ), so this is like farewell party. If I'm not mistake, it happened on 11 August 2012, On Saturday, after i ate ice cream in this post . 

Did you know, Kat's Kitchen which is located in Jalan Raya Uluwatu, Ungasan is nearby my house. That's Thailand fusion. Aaa, I'm so excited to tried the dish *dance-dance*

FYI, I'm not to odd about Thailand dishes, because I've tried tom yum in Black Canyon Cafe last year ;p 

So, I decided to try the original tom yum there. Well, the menus are written with Thailand name, and I just pick randomly after I found word "tom yum" :))) *Kidding, there's an explanation about the ingredients, don't worry guys!*

Ok, without much speak, this is the yummy look :

See, are they tempting you now? don't you? Worry about the price? I bet this is cheaper than Black Canyon.
And the taste is so rich with Thai seasoning *Ok, I can't tell you what's inside my tom yum, because, ehm, I don't know what are they :p
The prices are around Rp. 30.000-45.000 only. Cheap, isn't?
And I'm in love with the red curry! I tried my sis dish, and that's sooo delicious :9
I give score 8 from 10 for all of this Thailand dishes *love*
They're just opened the second restaurant in Bali, which is still in Jimbaran Area ( Jl. Raya Uluwatu II )
Nothing word that I could say, due-to-my-knowledge-about-ingredients-is-so-suck. So, this is the extras for you all.. MY LOVELY FAMILY ♥

Eat A Lot

Sekali-sekali, mau posting yang beda dari biasanya ah..

*Padahal teteup, intinya gara-gara ga ada kerjaan*

Entah dari kapan, dan dari mana munculnya, tapi sekarang ini gw lagi seneng-senangnya mencoba hal-hal baru. Termasuk mencoba segala jenis makanan. Oke, lupakan dulu program dietnya.. Tahun 2012 masih panjang, resolusi turunin bb jadi 45kg masih bisa ditempuh 9 bulan kedepan, MUAHAHAHA!

Oke, lanjut. Pertama yang gw cobain itu roti canai & teh tarik.

Hmm, emang gw rada norak ya. Padahal ini roti udah ada dari jaman sebelum Belanda menjajah Indonesia *em, kayaknya sih gitu. Tapi gw dong, baru nyobain dong.. Ini juga gara-gara diajakin sama sodara gw.

Warung Bunana di cabang Jimbaran. Sayang banget nggak ada websitenya, tapi kalo googling banyak ulasan tentang warung india malaysia ini *googling sendiri ya :D

Disitu gw nyobain roti canai jenis keju susu *ini gara-gara perginya sama ayu, dan dia nyaranin buat pesen yang beda-beda biar saling nyobain. Pinternya gw pesen yang ngga disukain sama ayu, jadi deh dia ga nyicip-nyicip punya gw, hahaha! Dan minumnya, jelas minuman khas-nya TEH TARIK..

Sekali aja roti yang tipis dan agak alot-alot gimana gitu masuk mulut gw, langsung aja gw suka tuh.

Nggak tau ya, apakah sama antara roti canai sama roti dari Iran yang pernah gw cobain. Kalo dari bentuk, tekstur dan rasa, hampir sama. Cuman roti Iran itu dahsyat ukurannya *Agak segede-gede gaban gitu.

Kalo roti canai yang original, biasanya rotinya gurih dan dicampur saus kari.

Kalo yang gw pesen, manisss banget, tapi balance sama kejunya.

Terus yah, masalah harga, jangan ditanya deh.. Dijamin murmer! cuma sekitaran 7-15ribuan untuk ukuran medium dan 20-30ribuan untuk ukuran large.

Sama, teh tariknya juga cuma 8ribu kalo gw nggak salah :)

Kali ini, gw makan ghratiesss gara-gara mereka lagi ngadain food testing dan kantor gw salah satu travel agent yang diundang. Yehaaaa! makan gratis brader! :p

Em, oke, mari kita menilai secara profesional. Jangan mentang-mentang gw makan gratisan terus gw jadi membagus-baguskan makanannya ya *Halah, bahasanya -_-"
To be honest, lamb chop nya alot alias keras alias kurang empuk. Terus bumbunya kurang meresap.
Lasagna-nya bener-bener mengecewakan T_T malah, enakan lasagna di pizza hut ( zzzzzzz )
Tiramissu nya juga.. ada yang kurang gitu.. Tapi oleh karena gratis, jadi over all, semuanya, MENGENYANGKAN #eeaa. Gw suka brokoli nya, super enak! cakue mayonaise nya juga juara! Dapeeet aja yah idenya. Menggabungkan antara jajanan Indonesia sama saus dari barat sono ;p

Terusss, tempat terakhir yang gw kunjungi adalah, DE OPERA BEACH CLUB ..
Iyaaap, bisa ditebak dong, lagi-lagi gw dan kantor gw termasuk salah satu travel agent yang beruntung yang bisa "icip-icip" di tempat super keren diatas! SOFT OPENING mamen! Saat kalian semua baru bisa merasakan masakan disana bulan MEI 2012, gw udah foto-foto disitu, BHAHAHAHA.
Mumpung baru tanggal 29 Feb kemaren gw kesana ( Jadi otaknya masih fresh dan product knowledge nya masih nyangkut di otak ) gw mau ceritain sedikit konsep dari resto ini.
Jadi didalam De Opera ini ada 3 restoran, which is : Benihana ( restoran Jepang dengan menu teppanyaki ), Gyu-kaku ( restoran Korea dengan menu yakiniku *GOSH gw baru tau yakiniku itu dari Korea! kirain Jepang juga >_< ) dan De opera itu sendiri ( restoran Thailand ).
Dan semua restoran ini adalah FACING THE OCEAN! ON THE BEACH! LANGSUNG KE PANTAI! iyaaa, seriusan, makanya gw suka banget sama environment nya yang elegant but so comfy.
Sayangnya, pas gw kesana udah kesorean, jadi ga bisa foto banyak.. Dan ga bisa foto menu nya, arggghhh, super sebel!
Oke, nikmati saja yang ada ya, Peeps..

Sebenernya makanan yang gw makan waktu itu standard ya. Em, tapi duarius, i'm in love with that place <3
